If you got stabbed, what would you do?
You’d go to the ER and get help right away.
No questions asked. No other ideas would come to mind. You got stabbed. You NEED to get medical attention.
What's this got to do with weight loss?
Well, it's unlikely that you treat your weight loss problem like a stab wound.
You probably treat it like doing laundry. You'll get to it “later.”
You say things like:
-I’ll do it when I’m not so busy.
-I can't afford it right now.
-I don't have time.
But would you ever say that about a stab wound?
Hell no!
You would deal with it immediately.
-You would make the time.
-You wouldn't care how much it cost.
-You wouldn't go to the ER “someday.”
Now I know your weight loss problem isn’t as serious as a gunshot wound.
But you need to treat it like it is. Just imagine how quickly you'd shed off the pounds… and go from dud to stud if you took it as seriously as being shot.
You can achieve your goals faster than you ever thought possible.
So you have 2 options:
1. Deal with it “later.” Wait for the perfect moment when the universe makes everything happen for you to take action. (Hint: that ain’t gonna happen.)
OR
2. Treat your weight loss like a stab wound and do something about it NOW.
The choice is YOURS.
You can put a Band-Aid on or just ignore this issue altogether…

I’ll tell you what I wouldnt do….reach out to any of you people! I would bleed out on the floor and nobody would ever find the body. Why? Oh. well because your business email goes undeliverable and your colleagues lie and say they’ll reach out…but they dont, and then you dont have a phone number listed anywhere publicly…but your manager has one but she, i guess, doesnt actually use it. So crazy. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY!!!
