No questions asked. No other ideas would come to mind. You got stabbed. You NEED to get medical attention.
What's this got to do with weight loss?
Well, it's unlikely that you treat your weight loss problem like a stab wound.
You probably treat it like doing laundry. You'll get to it “later.”
You say things like:
-I’ll do it when I’m not so busy.
-I can't afford it right now.
-I don't have time.
But would you ever say that about a stab wound?
You would deal with it immediately.
-You would make the time.
-You wouldn't care how much it cost.
-You wouldn't go to the ER “someday.”
Now I know your weight loss problem isn’t as serious as a gunshot wound.
But you need to treat it like it is. Just imagine how quickly you'd shed off the pounds… and go from dud to stud if you took it as seriously as being shot.
You can achieve your goals faster than you ever thought possible.
