Just started the program and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't feel worked. I am already starting to see and feel results and I can't wait to see how it is at the end. I'll leave another review at the end of the 12 weeks. Josh and Nick are also really helpful if you have questions on anything about the program and they help you stay motivated. The only thing I would change is that I wish I would've started sooner!

Bro. Thank god for your training. Last night it got used!! From an explosive jump off the line when this fucker ran, to being able to push a sprint for about 100 yards then taking him down and being able to roll with him on the ground all while not being completely gassed out.
