It's often said that being a dad is one of the hardest things you'll ever do.
Being a dad has been one of the most fulfilling things I've ever experienced in my life.
It's also been one of the most healing things.
I don't know if you know this, but my dad wasn't around growing up.
I missed out on having a father figure in my life which led me to making a lot of stupid choices.
Like going to jail, becoming suicidal, and sporting a dad bod for way too long.
The best part about being a dad is that I don't have to make the same mistake my pops made with me.
My son has a WAY COOLER childhood than I had.
Maybe you have a similar purpose.
If you do, you have my respect.
And don't forget to tell your kids you love them and give them a big ole bear hug.
If you can come up with a dad joke on the spot, you're a real one haha.
P.S. The BIGGEST drawback of being a dad is the infamous dad bod.
This is something I think should stop being "normalized".
And if you don't know how to go from dad bod to father figure, that's okay.
Don't beat yourself up.
There's a lot of confusing stuff out there...

He lost just under 15lbs, 10%+ body fat, and a total of 16.7 inches in 1 month! That's like 2 lbs a day!
John was a bit skeptical when he first signed up.
But his skepticism disappeared after he started seeing his muscle get more chiseled, and felt his pants fit him looser.
See what John said after finishing the challenge:
