Three years ago, Titus was pigging down on fast food and alcohol.  

But now? He looks like he could play in the NFL.

"For the last 3 years, this* (sleep, alcohol, and fast food) has definitely been my problem. I was at a point mentally where I started to convince myself that the dad bod was what I would be stuck with.
