Your plan could be slightly different. I highly suggest that if you are struggling with depression, lack of recovery, poor sleep, fat gain, lack of sex drive, and/or over 30 years old I urge you to get your blood checked at a minimum!
As I said this is a tailored Hormone Replacement and Supplement plan for me. Yours could be the same or slightly different based on your blood work. With that said if you have any of those symptoms do yourself a favor and at a minimum get your blood checked. Knowing is half the battle… and all that.
