When Gerry first started working with us a year ago, his health was a mess.

He was tired all the time and didn't know what to do.

He had no energy to play with his daughter...

Or be the husband his wife needed him to be.

And if it wasn’t for his wife and daughter being there, who knows what would have happened. Jerry was in a dark place a year ago.

I'll let him tell you his story...

"Today marks the one year anniversary that I started this life-changing journey with Nick Koumalatsos and Josh Honsberger in the Surviving the Cut/Agoge Training Program. At that time my health was a mess.

"At age 42 I was 299 pounds, wearing a size XXXL shirt and 42 jeans. I was on blood pressure meds and mentally not in a good place.

"At the urging of my daughter and wife I signed up after seeing Nick's IG post and the rest is history.

"This program literally saved my life. It wasn't always easy in the beginning, and I had to put in the work (still do!), both in the gym and in the kitchen, learning about nutrition, macros, and how they affect my body.

"Today at 43, I am 190 pounds, size L shirt, and 32 jeans...and I'm off my blood pressure meds as well as decreased my body fat by almost 36%.

"But like Nick and Josh always say, it's not just about the physical side. My mental state improved dramatically and my overall feeling of self did as well.

"Aside from my personal determination and dedication, I've had this awesome group to lean on as well.

"Between the live streams, comments, and healthy competition... we all push each other forward. It's an honor running with this pack.

"Thanks again to Nick and Josh for putting this program together and changing lives in the process."

Within a year, he's lost 109 lbs, 36% body fat, and kicked his blood pressure meds to the curb.

We're honored to have him be a part of the Agoge family.

His dedication and determination have set an example for everyone in the program... and not just the group, but also his family.

Maybe you want to do the same thing for your family.

Well, it's not too late...

t's often said that being a dad is one of the hardest things you'll ever do.

 I disagree.

Being a dad has been one of the most fulfilling things I've ever experienced in my life.

Three months later, I suddenly went from 170lbs to 120 in 3 weeks. Turned out to be Crohn’s Disease, an auto-immune condition that attacks the G/I system. Lived in a hospital for a month+, emergency surgery to remove large intestine which doc said would have disintegrated & killed me if they waited a few more hours. Lived for 6 months with an ostomy (intestine sticking out my abdomen into a bag)
