Kansas City SHUFFLE

Kansas City is the shadiest place I've ever been. Everyone is working a deal. Too smart for their own good. LOL Like the old movie Lucky Number Slevin, everyone is moving to the right... meanwhile you are moving left. lol

I had an awesome week in Kansas City with Ali and her family and friends. My buddy Josh came with and that was rad because we only get to spend quality time together a couple times a year.

Every time I go to KC I am blown away by how proud the locals are of their city. Kansas City is home of some of the finest original restaurants, bars and shops and also the World Series Kansas City Royals.

I made it to Opening Day at the K! Royals fans are absolutely WILD! 

All in all we had some great workouts, great Kansas City BBQ, and a REAL Kansas City experience wouldn't be complete without a ball game.
