Man, we sure can get a lot done with all this daylight! Located in the North-Atlantic ocean close by the Arctic Circle, Iceland is daylight all 24hrs a day in the summer. I've never felt so awake and charged up to do so much in one day.

Wake up with Spartan Strong and get going. We spent our morning in Thor's Power Gym. If you aren't familiar with Iceland's Strongest Man, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson was cast as "The Mountain" in the last three season of Game of Thrones. He is by far the biggest person I have ever seen in my life.
For lunch we kicked things off "American's Style" burgers and fries. OFF the Keto plan finally and loving it. We made our way to downtown Reykjavik for the Iceland Strongman festivities.
"No such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing" In Iceland you always have to BE PREPARED for rain and even hail storms. We packed our rain gear everyday so we weren't slowed down a bit.
Finally we watched Thor break record as he carried the 419lb Husafell stone and become Iceland's Strongest Man. We had a blast and he invited us back to his place for dinner and a soak in his ICE BATH. They say hopping between hot and cold tubs is great for recovery. It was really freaking cold.
t's often said that being a dad is one of the hardest things you'll ever do.
I disagree.
Being a dad has been one of the most fulfilling things I've ever experienced in my life.
